General health & retail items

Unopened and unused, returned within 30 days of collection or delivery, with your order reference — full refund to your original payment method.

Pharmacy-only medicines

For everyone's safety, medicines can't be returned or resold once they've left the pharmacy, even unopened — this is standard across all UK pharmacies, not just us. If a medicine is faulty, damaged, or you were sent the wrong item, tell us below and we'll sort it.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

This applies to anything, including medicines. Tell us what's wrong and we'll replace it or refund it — no time limit for a genuine fault.
