Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website and app, whatever their needs. This statement says how accessible they are now, what we're doing about it, and how to get help.
Making the site easier to use
You should be able to:
- make the text bigger with the Aa button at the top of every page, or zoom in up to 400% with your browser
- switch to higher contrast colours with the contrast button next to it
- move around the site using just a keyboard, with a "Skip to content" link at the start of every page
- use the site with a screen reader, such as VoiceOver, TalkBack or NVDA
- turn off animations: the site follows your device's "reduce motion" setting
- choose the lighter or darker colours: the site turns darker after sunset, and the day and night switch on the home page changes it back
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible the site is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. We build and check pages with this in mind, but the site hasn't yet had a full independent accessibility audit, so we can't yet say it fully meets the standard.
Things we know may be harder to use:
- some product pictures are illustrations rather than photos of the actual pack
- some forms use a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) run by another company; if it stops you, call us and we'll help
- some printable posters and leaflets are images or PDFs
What we're doing
We're planning a full accessibility test of the website and app against WCAG 2.2 AA, and we'll fix what it finds and update this statement. We also check new pages as we add them.

About this statement
This statement was prepared on 5 October 2026, based on our own checks of the website. We'll review it after the full accessibility test.
